Plus the properties are all equipped with potable water, electricity, gas, drainage and security services.
After recent investment in the infrastructure in the surrounding area, Necochea and Quequén are perfect for tourism. The main access road has been resurfaced and street lighting and signage have been improved. The Quequén Tourist Circuit has been created to facilitate visitor’s enjoyment of the area’s attractions. The circuit showcases the local highlights including; the lighthouse; the Malvinas War memorial; Bonita Coast; the port and golf courses.
Golfers and beach lovers alike will be in their element in Necochea. The golf course at Necochea Golf Club has been developed on the sand dune area so that golfers can enjoy a sea view as they go round the course’s 18 holes. This golf course is at the heart of the Quequén Tourist Circuit and has excellent access. The golf club does not have accommodation facilities, but there are plenty of attractive options close-by that are available to visitors. Tourists can stay in the nearby holiday chalets in El Tamar or in Quequén or there are plenty of hotels by the river that flows through Necochea and Quequén.
